What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

Please send an email with your order details to and we will track your order and get back to you within one business day.

What do I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Just let us know by sending an email with your order details to  We will contact you with a resolution within one business day.

Please note we do not accept returns so you should just dispose of the damaged product.

When will my order ship?

All orders for live Cat Grass and/or Catnip that are received between Wednesday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders received Monday ship on Tuesday; orders received Tuesday ship on Wednesday. For all other items, we ship within two business days from receipt of your order.

How is my order shipped?

Live Cat Grass and Catnip ships via UPS 2nd Day Air, which does not move over the weekends so we only ship those orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each week, regardless of which online retailer you purchase from. All other products ship via UPS Ground, five days a week.
